Shipping Instructions

After your repair request is approved and the diagnostic fee is paid, you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions by email.

1. Securely package your device using anti-static and cushioning materials.
2. Include a printed copy of your RMA email inside the package.
3. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
4. Use a trackable carrier — insurance is recommended.
5. Ship to: Gamerz Discounts, [address placeholder]
6. Reply to the RMA email with your tracking number after shipping.

Optional add-on: Gamerz Discounts can ship packaging material and a prepaid shipping label to you — selectable during the repair request form.
